Working with Eric was a positive experience during the entire process of purchasing this home. I have purchased and sold a number of houses, and this was one of the easiest processes I can remember, largely due to Eric's professionalism. The house I ended up buying was somewhat remote and out of his immediate area, but that didn't slow things down at all. Eric was always readily available to handle anything I needed, and consistently got back to me in a timely manner. He was also able to negotiate a price well below the original asking price. eric was delightful to work with as well as peggy! they were responsive so quickly to any question or request that my daughter or i had regarding viewing homes when we first started looking!!! eric was so very patient during the looking process, and encouraging even when we didn't choose one. after she decided to make an offer on one we did like, during the process of the contract, inspection and closing processes, they were promptly available and willing to answer any and all questions we had. they certainly helped the dream of home ownership come true!
